VoiceWeaver is built with a "Local First" philosophy to protect your voice data and conversation history.

Core Principles

  1. Zero Cloud Dependency: All Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR) tasks are handled by local Whisper models. Your audio files are never sent to a cloud server.
  2. Local AI Processing: AI summaries and chats are powered by local LLMs. Your privacy is guaranteed through on-device computation.
  3. No Data Collection: We do not track your usage, collect location data, or access your contacts or personal files.
  4. Transparent Storage: Transcribed text is stored only on your local disk and can be cleared at any time.
